I am so happy with the professional approach and end finish. I used their colour consultant who helped me with the colours which look stunning I couldn't have done it on my own.
I would use Performance Painting painting again and highly recommend them. I am so happy with the colours and the quality of the workmanship.

I recently had Luke and his crew paint the exterior of my extremely weatherbeaten home.
Being new to Hobart I was sceptical of being able to engage a painter to do the job to my satisfaction.Luke was knowledgeable and approachable and gave me confidence immediately.
The crew were hardworking, unobtrusive and wonderful tradesmen…
Luke arranged for a Colour Consultant to visit and give advice on the colour palette.Natalie’s advice was invaluable and very professional.
My home looks wonderful and I am so grateful to Performance Painting…Luke and his team….for the great result.
Thankyou. Gillian

We couldn't be happier with the interior painting completed by Luke and the team. From the quote through to completed work, their communication, professionalism and follow-through were outstanding. They even finished ahead of schedule with no impact on quality.
The workmanship was faultless and we especially appreciated that they came back to fix an existing plaster seam issue, making sure the final result was perfect. That level of care and commitment to details really stood out.
The team was friendly, reliable, respectful of our home, and left everything clean and tidy each day. It's refreshing to work with tradespeople who genuinely take pride in their work and respect and care about the people they are working with.
We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality painter and will happily use them again for our next painting project.

We recently had our home painted by Luke and the team at Performance Painting, and the results are excellent. From the very first quote through to the project's completion, Luke was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. The attention to detail was exceptional — every surface was carefully prepared and finished to perfection. The included services of Natalie, the Dulux colour consultant, was invaluable. The team worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the result. We’d highly recommend Performance Painting to anyone wanting top-quality workmanship and genuine service.

Luke and his crew did a great job painting our very old (cracked and decrepit) house inside and out. They were early for work each morning and left the place clean and tidy when they left in the afternoons. The whole process was stress free and painless. I would highly recommend their services. They were clear with communication and very thorough in their attention to detail. Now my place looks brand new. I still can't believe how quickly they did all the work.
100% thrilled.
Thanks guys!

We couldn’t be happier with Luke and his team at Performance Painting. What started as an interior paint job quickly turned into a full transformation of our property — they’ve now painted the interior, exterior, roof, gutters, garage and shed… there’s practically nothing left for them to paint!
The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. Our home looks absolutely amazing both inside and out. Nothing was ever a problem for Luke and his team — they were professional, flexible and more than willing to accommodate all of our requests and last-minute amendments.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and we really appreciated their reliability and attention to detail. They even came back to complete touch-ups inside after we had new lights and fixtures installed, which speaks volumes about their commitment to delivering a perfect finish.
We highly recommend Luke and Performance Painting to anyone looking for quality workmanship and exceptional service. Five stars all the way!

Performance Painting have just painted my ceiling in the lounge room and three cupboards plus the walls and window frames in the kitchen.
A brilliant job has been completed!
The work done has been done so well. It is a 1915 home, so the detail was not easy, and it was done beautifully.

Luke and the team at Performance Painting are the best painters in Hobart. They have completed several jobs for us over the years: a full exterior repaint on a 1950s weatherboard house, almost a full interior repaint, picket fence, and deck. Luke has always been great to deal with - friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and reliable. The quality of their work is impeccable with great attention to detail, and such a clean job site. Highly recommend, these guys are fantastic!

Luke and his team have just finished an exterior painting project on our heritage listed cottage in South Hobart.
Performance Painting were recommended to us by friends who were impressed by their professional manner and highly skilled workmanship.
We are absolutely thrilled with the painting they did for us, from the very prompt and detailed quote Luke provided, the brilliant colour matching he arranged for the lime wash and particular unnamed shade of heritage green we wanted for windows and front door, to the exceptional quality of their work.
It was a very enjoyable experience having Luke and his team at our home.
I highly recommend Performance Painting.

I found Luke of Performance Painting through Dulux Preferred Painters. He was so professional in his on line and phone communication. His quote was delivered in a timely fashion and was competitive with others I received.
Luke has now completed the work as quoted, and it has been performed to the high standard I expected. It was finished in the time frame advised and the cleanup following job completion was much appreciated, especially the re-placement of furniture.
I highly recommend Luke for any painting required.

We found Luke and his team to be punctual, diligent and professional. We were quoted for 9 or 10 days for the whole exterior of our weatherboard home and the job was completed in 9 days. Can recommend.

Luke and his crew were fantastic. So well organised and worked well as a team. Our house was painted internally and externally in a week. Nothing was a problem for them and their attention to detail was faultless

Performance Painters recently completed much needed painting inside our home.
We are totally delighted with their workmanship and our home has become fresh and a pleasure to live in.
The job was long overdue and involved most rooms in the house - including the large living space.
The home is fifty-four years old and was showing its age. Now it is smiling and the energy is sparkling.
The crew involved were expert painters, most respectful and totally focussed on the job at hand.
There is obviously total trust between management and the painters and ‘only the best’ work will be done.
Communication between all involved was maintained appropriately at all times.
We have already recommended their business to another home improvement company which is carrying out house improvement for us.
We thoroughly recommend Performance Painters - a Tasmanian inter-generational owned and run family business.
