Extensive repairs to walls, ceilings and trim after many years of rental trauma was required before any painting went ahead. Wall paper removal in several rooms also. Magnolia ¼ strength on walls, white on ceilings and Magnolia full strength semi-gloss on all trim.
Wall paper removal is charged out at an hourly rate. The ease or demanding of removal is difficult to estimate.
