On the main road in South Hobart, with flaking peeling paint in the iron roof. Faded, cracked and peeling paint on the weatherboards, (classic cream) and window frames, (Brunswick green). Indeed tired and dated.
70% on the paint on the boards and window frames required complete removal.
The colour combination for this project was Colourbond woodland grey for the roof restoration and respray and doors and window frames. Hog Bristle ¼ strength on the weatherboards.
