The owners of this property recently purchased it and wanted to put their mark on it straight away. The project was both interior and exterior.
The interior was carried out first. The coatings were applied with an airless spray system. Colours were Stowe white ¼ for ceilings and full strength for walls. Skirting and doors were coated in satin enamel,(Stowe White), for its superior durability.
Externally we coated the property with Dulux Acratex Elastomeric. This product is great for existing render recoats. It is very flexible and aids in the reduction of cracking that render is so susceptible to.
This one came up a treat.
